This ex-designer fabric is a beautiful tulle. It's a soft brown tulle that has been hand beaded into a descending firework-like design at the bottom. It's very soft and light to medium weight, with a lovely drape that holds it weight due to the beading at the bottom. Eye-catching and so lovely! Has slight mechanical stretch, and could be cut around into applique if desired. Incredible on a dress skirt, an evening cover-up, or some fancy curtains!
